Chill vibes and great pools

Had an 8-night stay with the crew, and aside from some hiccups with keycards, we had a blast! The pools are awesome, especially the huge saltwater one. Alessandra is the real MVP—she knows how to keep things running smoothly. Plus, enjoyed some nice in-room breakfast. Just wish the emails before check-in weren't a headache.

The spacious standard double room was meticulously cleaned every day, and the evening live music by the pools created a vibrant atmosphere that enhanced our stay.

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming

The sea access via the staircase is unique, although a dedicated beach would have been preferable. While the rooms are clean and maintained, the basic amenities could use an upgrade. A highlight is the fruit salad at breakfast, which was fresh and delightful.

The buffet quality varied greatly, highlighted by long lines and subpar food items, making each dining experience feel more like a chore than a treat. Noise from adjoining rooms wasn’t consistent but sometimes interrupted downtime, so don’t expect total tranquility during your stay.
